In the 1970’s and 1980’s, Decca Trading supplied radar systems and other high-tech products for the marine industry. In the beginning of the 1990’s, the company was sold to Stend Metall who served both offshore and onshore industries. Decca wipers were manufactured by Stend Metall for 18 years until the Decca department was bought out by a new and financially independent company named Decca Technology.

The combination of valuable experience with marine products, as well as strengthened engineering and construction resources lead to the first Decca straight line wiper prototype in 1992. Since then, our mission has been to deliver quality equipment and service that satisfies our customers.

From February 1, 2022 Exalto Wiper Technologies B.V. is the new owner of Decca Wiper. Decca Wiper is the specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of straight line wiper systems based in Bergen with a worldwide client base. Renowned for their systems in the commercial vessel market, it compliments and increases the Exalto product portfolio to allow further market expansion. Exalto’s dedication, expertise and experience in the wiper business is perfect to take the Decca Wiper brand to the next level, taking well care of both the customers, employees and suppliers.
